Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package every step of the way.

Return Policy

Aya fine jewelry provides a 30-day return policy. If the product is returned within 30 days and passes our quality inspection with no damage, a full refund will be processed.

Any defective product on delivery will need image verification. In case of a defect or any damage, contact our customer care with pictures of the same. Our executive will help and guide you with refunds.

It is mandatory for every customer to record the delivery of the product in video in order to avoid any dispute while returning the product.

In case of an incorrect or changed product, the customer will have to produce the video recorded within a short span of time.

You are eligible for a full refund or exchange if the delivered product is damaged or the seal is open.

Refund will be done in the form of money back to the payment mode/account that was used at the time of the transaction.

The following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement under this 30- Day Replacement Guarantee:

A) Any product that shows physical damage to the box or to the product
B) Any product that is not in its original condition
c) Any product that is returned without the original retail box and all other items included with the packaging and accessories of the product at the time of delivery
E) Return shipping cost to be bear by buyer.
