30-Day Returns

At Aya Jewelry, we want you to feel completely confident with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.

You may return eligible item(s) within 30 days for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, all items must be:

  • Unworn and in pristine condition

  • Returned with the original tags attached (if applicable)

  • Returned in the original packaging or equally secure packaging

All returned items are subject to inspection by our operations team before a refund or exchange is approved.

Please note that return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service for your protection.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:

  • Engraved or personalized jewelry

  • Bespoke or custom-made jewelry

  • Special order items

  • Resized rings or altered jewelry

How to Return Your Jewelry

If you wish to return an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Securely package your item using the original packaging or a similarly protective box.

  2. Include a note inside the package explaining the reason for your return.

  3. If requesting a one-time complimentary ring resizing, please clearly state the new ring size required.

  4. Ship your return using a trusted, tracked, and insured courier service.

Refund Processing

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 1–3 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution.

Exchanges

Eligible items may be exchanged within 30 days of delivery, subject to product availability and approval after inspection.
