Because we cut, set, and finish every piece in our own facilities — sourcing in India and setting in New York — there's no middleman markup built into our prices. What you see is what fair pricing actually looks like.
We identify comparable products at leading online specialty retailers and leading chain specialty jewelers and periodically track the actual price they are sold for. We establish our comp. value at or below the average of the selected products for all products in a given category. This comparison is refreshed at least quarterly.
Comparable products are matched by diamond certification, origin (lab-grown compared to lab-grown only; natural compared to natural only), shape, carat weight, color grade, clarity grade, fluorescence, precious metal type, and product category.
Our precise logging of these prices not only allows us to display the comp. value savings amount, but also enables us to continuously adapt and remain confident in our pricing.
